i understand that you want to give others a chance but have you ever thought that success don come easy. if you think that everyone should have a chance to head whatever, no one will strive for their best because they know that they will get a chance to do so.

i just don get it. sorry if i am being very unreasonable but i felt that it was just unfair. unless you tell me that you work as much or even more for the job den i have nothing to say.

Every girls a leader but not every girl is a outstanding leader. is either you have all normal leaders or you groomed a few really outstanding leaders and the rest as normal. your choice as what they always said. you have the final decision.
